Amani Shamalka

In the previous 100+ hours of lessons, Amani always provided me valuable feedback and corrected my errors during our conversation in Sinhala, she was patient, helpful, and well-prepared, I could not have made great progress in my proficiency in spoken Sinhala without her help. Now I am even trying to read written Sinhala, something I had never imagined one day I would manage to do. I highly recommend Amani to any serious learner of Sinhala!

Amani played a really fun game with my daughter to check her Sinhala knowledge. Kahoot is a site they use at school as well and she was very excited to play it and it made the assessment fun!

Amani is a really chill and laid back teacher. For me, this was perfect. Her calm demeanor and attitude made it easier for me to learn. I will definitely book more lessons with her.

Amani is an incredible teacher — highly recommended!

Lesson is for a small child. Fantastic teacher, very attentive during lesson to hear the pronunciation. She also engages well with the child to get them to feel comfortable, relaxed and enjoy the lesson. My child doesn't refuse going for lessons with Amani.
