I've had eight classes with Gabriela now and she continues to impress as a teacher – she goes well beyond what one would expect from a teacher. Gabriela's lessons and methods of teaching are truly customised to the student's desires and needs, which helps me to focus on the areas that I find the most difficult. When I have questions, Gabriela provides detailed responses including example sentences, different usages and even idioms. She's even undertaken research in her own time to answer the more complex questions I've asked. Gabriela's lessons are well-prepared with extensive supporting materials and homework. Gabriela is also very encouraging, supportive teacher and patient with me when I mistakes. I can't recommend Gabriela highly enough if you want to learn Romanian! Mulțumesc mult, Gabriela!

Gabriela is an outstanding teacher and a lovely person. She has an amazing ability to meet me where I am with my language abilities and patiently encourage me. She always takes extra care to engage me with new material and to explain the context of new words and grammatical structures, and her enthusiasm for teaching comes through with each lesson.
