Chie Nowa

Chieko san is an outstanding teacher who follows the principles of Comprehensible Input in her lessons. Thanks to her thoughtful and engaging teaching style, I feel confident that I can learn Japanese naturally, just as I would acquire a first language. She creates an environment where understanding and communication come first, which makes learning enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend Chieko san to anyone looking to immerse themselves in Japanese in a way that feels intuitive and stress-free.

Talking with Chieko-sensei about day-to-day things or shared interests is always a pleasure, and she does a great job of providing interesting lesson materials that match my level. Her lessons are a great "comprehensible output" companion to my Japanese study through the Comprehensible Input method, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to learn Japanese and improve their conversational skills in a natural and comfortable way.

I had an amazing first lesson with Chie先生. Like everyone says, she is able to accurately assess your language level and go at a pace that makes the conversation seem natural while gently correcting your mistakes. I can't really speak Japanese yet, but I was happy that we were able to have our lesson almost fully in Japanese since she adapted to my skill level. I'm looking forward to our next lesson.

Chie-san continues to be an wonderful instructor. She's incredibly friendly and easy going and every lesson is informative and well-crafted.
