Hello, my dear friends and prospective students! Let me introduce myself. My name is Catherine. I am a native speaker of Russian, an enthusiastic degreed Teacher of English, certified by Cambridge Assessment University and a degreed Teacher of Russian as a foreign language with 23 years of experience. I can offer individual / pair / group classes of English or Russian for students of all levels! If you are a beginner, we are going to start from scratch that is with the alphabet, phonetics, reading, listening and writing skills, some basic grammar and lexics. If you are more advanced we will improve your speaking and listening skills and master the language. My job is to teach my students how to express themselves freely in English and Russian with preserving their individuality and style, instilling in them a language instinct to keep up with the times.

As a teacher of English I offer classes on the method of "intensive immersion in English" with a communicative bias. I will acquaint you with the system of English and make you involved into various activities (making comments on different issues, having discussions, writing essays, enlarging vocabulary) to boost conversation. I set an authntic British standard accent and fluency of speech.
As a teacher of Russian I will immerse you in the original culture of Russia and teach you how to communicate, read and write in one of the most beautiful languages of the world. Catherine is an incredible teacher. At first the immersion style can be intimidating, but her encouraging and patient style will quickly improve your Russian skills. In less than a month, I am already more confident in my ability to learn Russian. Her system and materials keep a nice and refreshing mix of exposure and I thoroughly enjoy each of her classes.
