Daniela Becerra

Daniela is a wonderful teacher. Very patient, knowledgeable, caring and dedicated. She keeps conversation focused and gently corrects your mistakes. She is also, and very simply, a very good friend.

It’s true, I spend a lot of time studying Spanish. I use duolingo every day, a friend purchased me lessons from a language school, I attend a neighborhood conversation group. But I learn and use more Spanish in my 45 minutes sessions with Daniela than everything else combined. I have started combing through the notes she takes and see patterns of vocabulary and grammar I need to work on. But I also see so much growth from when I started 6 months ago. Daniela is patient and consistent. She is open to new ideas and stays positive and encouraging. The courses at the language school that are paid for I will finish, somewhat begrudgingly. The time with Daniela, on the other hand, I look forward to with anticipation beforehand and feel accomplished when they finish.

Daniela was a great tutor! I plan to schedule sessions with her in the future.

I’ve been learning Spanish with Daniele for weeks now. I really enjoy the lessons with her. She is always on time, prepared with questions, “force” me to speak Spanish, while very patient and helpful with me. She brings up various topics and she is always interested. I have the chance to listen as well. Great way to practice my limited Spanish knowledge. I highly recommend Daniele.

I really enjoyed my trial lesson with Daniela. She was passionate, spoke according to my level (slow and using easy wording), and always communicated in Spanish, that was great, because I was forced to try as hard as possible to use my limited vocablurary. I really appreciated this. Definitely will have more lessons with her.
