"Have you finished your dinner?" "Are you done with your dinner?" They're correct? or ... What would you say?

They are both correct. More formal is "finished"

Both are correct, but "Are you done with your dinner?" sounds kind of agressive. I would use "Have you finished your dinner?" instead.
