This topic reminds me of a very funny saying that says when a man is starving, he just has one problem, if he has no worry about food, there will be many annoying thoughts come into his mind. The origin of stress is greed. We always tell us that we should try our best to get a better life. A good life is often defined with a lot of money, great houses and enough power, etc... These things can help us solve most daily problems. However, when someone really have all of them, their life is still full of void. They want to cook dinner for their family, but finally get into a restaurant with clients. They want to go hiking with family on weekend, but finally end with a meeting. Meanwhile, someone have really been tired of cooking dinner every day, they hope to eat out at a great restaurant whenever they want. Someone also envy the people who are in suit on the weekend, they think that these people might have some important conferences which brings them a better life. So, I find that the things don't belong to us cause us feel stressed. How to reduce stress? maybe this question never exists.
