Neuro-linguistic programming is an approach to communication and personal development that analyzes the behavior of successful people.
In business, neuro-linguistic programming can be used to strengthen leadership and presentation skills. It can also be used to increase emotional intelligence, which has important implications for sales negotiation and staff communication.
Modeling, action, and communication are core components of neuro-linguistic programming.

I successfully recruited 120 English teachers for a Chinese conglomerate on a freelance basis from 2018 to 2021. Through personal interviews and hosting Skype conferences, I gained valuable insights into the industry and what makes a top performer. My success is attributed to strong communication, networking, negotiation skills, and a strategic recruitment approach. The entire activity was aside my full time teaching, making me super  time organized and strategic for a number of years.

As a career coach for corporate China, I was cultivating empathy and active listening as they were the major components to be able to assist my clients. Moreover, goal setting and putting plans into action was another point I taught them about. By doing so, I wanted to raise their self-confidence, thus efficiency at work. Last but not least - job interview preparation was the main module of our meetings. Helping them be fully ready was the main component that made all the difference.

A good restaurant manager knows how to run a business smoothly and treat customers with respect and understanding. They should also be patient, stay calm under pressure, possess outstanding customer service skills, have excellent planning skills, and understand effective marketing strategies. Since I was the floor manager these skills were taught to me by my management board as I kept being promoted.
