When you book a trial class you can make changes and cancellations more than 24 hours before the start of the class. With less than 24 hours it is not possible to make changes or cancellations. If the student cannot attend, the teacher will receive payment to compensate for the time she spent preparing the class and because that space was blocked in her agenda, and it was not possible to achieve another booking. In that case there will be no refund.

- Brief grammar explanations are offered only when it is necessary to make corrections or to answer student questions. 
- Discussions about various business and cultural topics.
- Important objectives are to increase vocabulary and to improve listening-comprehension skills by practicing in context.
** There is no homework and you don't need to do any preparation.
** Suggested frequency for the best results: twice a week (or at least once).
