A trial lesson is a chance for us to talk about your language background and goals.  It is also a chance for you to learn more about my teaching style.  Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions!

This class is perfect for you if you want to practice speaking English and improve your language skills in a welcoming environment! 

We will talk about topics that interest you. 
 
Conversations can be about news articles, podcasts, short stories, videos, films, etc. (assigned before the class so you can prepare)

Describe and talk about images.

Practice real-life conversation scenarios (i.e. supermarket, bank, asking for directions, etc.)  

Conversation classes also include pronunciation and basic grammar correction, if you want.  

I will also help you with new vocabulary, expressions, and listening comprehension.  

I will provide all materials.

*This is not a grammar class.  However, you will receive as much correction as you want during our conversations.*

English Conversation with Corrections (Adult Learners)

This class is for you if you already have a foundation in English grammar and want to learn new concepts or review fundamentals.  

This is a full immersion class.  We will speak in English as much as possible.  This class focuses on grammar, reading, and writing as well as speaking and listening.  You will be able to improve your accuracy and fluency through fun, interesting, and relevant activities. 

In this class you will practice ALL language skills:
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking 
- Listening 

This class is personalized.  Topics covered are based on each student's needs. 

I will provide all materials.  Homework is recommended because it helps to reinforce skills, but it is not mandatory.

- Taught group classes ranging in size from 3-10 students from a broad spectrum of cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Created weekly lesson plans that focused on practical vocabulary and grammar points with an emphasis on their use in conversation.
- Developed conversation activities based on real life circumstances and topics, taking into account students' needs, interests, and goals.
