During this trial lesson we will get to know each other, discuss the student's favourite activities, talk about the major learning difficulties and we will try to establish an abstract plan to keep our English on track :)

In this class, we will put into practice our conversation skills. 

There are many ways to do conversation practice: 
1) We can discuss a topic of the student's choice;
2) We can have free talk about topics that come up spontaneously during the class; 
3) We can play a fun game in which the student chooses a number corresponding to a random question and conversation can start from there; 
4) I can send the student a talk / video / article **in advance** and then we can discuss/comment on the topic during class. 

Error correction is included in the class. 

Homework might be assigned depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.

English Conversation Practice (10x)

This class is a comprehensive class. We will tackle all areas of language learning and we will use our first meeting to decide on a plan to follow. Ideally, this class is attended regularly (recommended: at least once a week) in order to ensure progress. Material will be provided to the students and also homework, if necessary. 

I would recommend a package of 20 lessons in order to cover all topics that we discuss in our first meeting and in order to have enough time to study, revise or read the lesson material. 

A package of 10 is also good, however, it would be more intensive and rushed. :)

IELTS General / Academic (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)

This TEFL course was offered to me by EF Malta, Education First in 2019. I was trained to teach English professionally at EF, St. Julian's in Malta.

I started working with EF Malta during my BA. It was a wonderful experience. I got the chance to work with students of all ages and despite the initial challenges, I fell in love with this job. I was able to teach all levels, from A1 to C2 and I enjoyed each and every one of them. I also gave private classes with regular students during the time I was working with EF Malta.

English Live is an online platform which runs 24/7. I am still working as an ESL teacher with English Live and I find it very gratifying. I teach adults, both in Group classes and Private classes. Even on English Live, I teach all levels, starting from Beginner up to Advanced. The lessons I give deal with grammar, vocabulary, conversation, listening and also IELTS or TOEIC preparation.
