During the class we will talk about why we chose this book and the points raised by the author in the first chapter.

In this course we will read the international bestseller 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fu*k' by Mark Manson. We will read the book over 5 lessons. We will discuss the issues and ideas raised in the book.
