今天我们来聊聊社交媒体。这两年，不论是脸书facebook，推特Twitter 还是Instagram，或者是中国热门软件微信、微博，我们好像在上面花的时间越来越长了。社交软件的确是新颖又好玩，拓展了人际关系，能带给你大量的信息和层出不穷的体验，可是，它们也是有很多的弊端。

首先，它们减少了人们对于现实生活中交际的渴望。中国有一个新词叫“社恐”，也就是社交恐惧症，这个网络热词很好地描述了人们过度地依赖微信等软件，导致有些人逐渐失去了现实中人际交往的能力。有趣的是，很多公司也依赖这种聊天软件进行内部和外部的沟通，导致很多雇员宁愿发个消息，也不愿意站起来和现实中近在咫尺的同事沟通。这非常严重地让许多人减少了现实中的社交。

其次，社交软件的设计就是要抓取用户的注意力，当你的注意力成为了社交软件的消费品，你会发现，你很容易对它们上瘾。任何人都很难抗拒手机上跳出的通知和消息，因为它们通常来自于你的朋友。有一个方法是关闭通知提示，但是这也很难做到，因为你有可能漏掉重要的那一条消息。这种不想要又不能拒绝的感觉非常令人不适。甚至会有人排斥现实中的关系，每天沉浸在网络的社交中，因为真实的人际关系往往很难处理，更需要智慧和思考。

今天想和大家聊一聊“焦虑”的话题。
现代生活大家的生活和工作压力都很大，很容易就感到焦虑。每个人的焦虑可能不太一样。学生会因为考试而焦虑，也会因为毕业找工作而焦虑。上班族会因为工作感到焦虑，可能是工作太多、太难，或者是竞争太激烈。父母会因为教育孩子而焦虑，担心孩子的健康、学习等等。  
除了以上这些焦虑，更多新的焦虑也开始出现在我们的生活。例如，“容貌焦虑”。容貌焦虑是指一个人经常觉得自己不够好看，特别是在网上我们经常看到各种美女帅哥。还有“身材焦虑”，一个人对自己的身材不满意，总是觉得可以再瘦一点儿，想要有一个明星那样的好身材。还有一个很常见的“财务焦虑”，也就是大家对金钱的担心。担心自己的收入不稳定，担心自己永远买不了房。
对于各种焦虑，你是怎么解决的呢？我以前也是个很容易焦虑的人，不过现在我越来越放松了。因为发生了两个很大的改变。
第一个改变是，我不去担心未来的事情了。焦虑的时候，我是在为还没有发生的事情担心，我的大脑会一直告诉自己一些很可怕的故事。但是，那都不是真的。现在，我努力去做我想做的事情，但是我不去担心结果了。
第二个改变是，停止和别人的比较。如果我们一直跟别人比较，那不管我们的生活多好，我们都会觉得不满足，因为永远有比我们好的人。所以，不要比较，知道自己想要什么，专注在那里就可以了。
