今天想和大家聊一聊【减肥】的话题。
说起减肥，我算是个资深的减肥专家了。我从初中开始就开启我的减肥之路，试过各种方法：节食、运动、甚至是吃减肥药。直到这几年，我才开始意识到，不应该盲目减肥。我看回以前的照片，其实一点儿也不胖。按照BMI的标准，我甚至是体重偏轻。我对身材的焦虑都是受外界的声音以及一些扭曲的审美影响。现在我对身体的唯一要求就是健康，再也不把“减肥”两个字挂在嘴边了。
我经常听到身边的朋友说要减肥，不能吃太多，有的甚至晚饭都不吃。那么不吃晚饭真的能瘦吗？我们来听听专家的看法吧。
很多人呢一提起减肥啊都有很多种方法。大家说很简单啊，不就是少吃多动弹嘛，我只要少吃就可以了。单纯不吃晚餐能不能解决问题？初听很简单，说少吃一顿晚餐，那么一定就是能量减少了1/3，时间久了我自然就能够瘦下来。短期内啊，不吃晚饭确实能够减少我们的能量的摄入，但是这样的方法不能够很长久。如果您长期不吃晚饭，就有可能造成代谢率的下降。这个时候身体马上适应性地降低你的基础代谢率，而不能够起到减肥的作用。所以减肥一定是要吃动两平衡，既要适当地少吃，还要坚持积极的身体活动，才能够在保持代谢率的情况下，能够维持减重减脂的效果。
