It's time for phrasal verbs again! These are extremely important for informal English. You need to learn as many phrasal verbs as you can! Here are all the examples I use today: to call up I called up my friends and we went out that night. She called me up and asked me if I wanted to go to the theatre tonight. to eat out Do you want to eat out tonight or stay in? I eat out once or twice a week. I prefer cooking for myself, but restaurants can be much more relaxing. Eating out can be expensive, but more exciting than just cooking at home. to go with And what would you like to order this evening sir? I’ll go with the spaghetti Bolognese please. Do you know what you’re going to go with yet? It’s such a hard decision! to head over, etc. Let’s head over to the theatre now, I want to get there in time to buy popcorn! I’m going to head out, this movie is so boring. Can you come pick me up so we can head down to the beach? to hang out Do you want to hang out later today? Let’s just walk in the park with the dogs. I was hanging out with my friend, just walking on the beach when it started raining. That's all for today!
