Recently, the weather has been hot and humid, and I can't stop sweating. So I bought a handy fan at a 100 yen store. I bought it last year, but I lost it somewhere, so I bought a new one. The color is white and the strength of the wind can be changed in 3 stages. I'm going to get over it with this handy fan this summer.

Recently, the weather has been hot and humid, and I can't stop sweating. So I bought a(n) inexpensive/basic/easy-to-use fan at a 100 yen store. I bought one last year, but I lost it somewhere, so I bought a new one. The color is white and it has three speeds. With this handy fan, I'm going to get through this summer just fine.
Since a 100 yen store is like a dollar store, I imagine the fan is an inexpensive/basic/easy-to-use type. Regarding the "wind" I think most people would just refer to the speeds (the faster the fan speed, the stronger the wind).

Recently, the weather has been hot and humid, and I can't stop sweating. So I
bought a (useful*) fan at a 100 yen store. I bought it last year, but I lost it
somewhere, so I bought a new one. It is white and the strength of the
wind it produces can be changed using 3 settings. I'm going to get over it (? I don’t understand this sentence*) with this handy fan
this summer
*handy makes sense here, but it still sounds odd, a bit forced. *to get over it with is not a phrase that makes sense. I don’t understand what you mean.
Good work! Keep practicing
