2- do exercise that you love like football ,basketball, running any game that moveing the body
3- walking after each meal that helps your digestive system
4- eat slowly that you can eat less

In my opinion, you should:

3- walk after each meal; this helps your digestive system
4- eat slowly so that you eat less
And the last thing is moooooove. It's a great thing to do.
