#1 is more clear. #2 has one possible interpretation that is not what you intend. #2 can also mean "you don't exist for my benefit any more".

Both seem fine to me, although with “to” it might be more common to put it at the beginning: To me, you don’t exist. Both of these are essentially saying “in my world, you don’t exist.”
