What is this called? Revolving gate? I don't think it can be called a turnstile because a turnstile looks different despite having the bar components that this gate has.

In the US it is indeed a revolving gate. They’re pretty common. In the US it wouldn’t be common to call it a ‘turnstile’. Those are usually smaller and faster to go through. They often are about counting the number of people and collecting tickets.

I didn't know a name for it. I tried a Google image search on your image and Google came up with industrial equipment websites calling it a "security turnstile," "turnstile door," "turnstile gate," and "full-height turnstile." So now I know. I've always called them "those things that look they are going to slice you like an egg slicer."
