Hi Shahbaz,
" I will revert back to you in a moment".
Great question.

No. A natural way to say this in English is "I'll get back to you in a moment"
You would use this phrase if you want to speak to or assist someone but you are unable to help them immediately.

If it comes to a known and close circle, grammar doesn't play a major role.
But professionally, it isn't the perfect way to mention!!! I would instead say, " I will get back to you in a while," or to be more particular about the timing that I need, so I always go with, I will respond to you in an hour or so!!!

We don't use revert in this way in English usually. It would be best to say we will get back to you in a moment. Hope that helps :)
