After Tết holiday, I have been busy with teaching, studying and planning so I have little time left for other things. I decided to stop jogging, reading books and writing for some time to arrange things well first. Now I am still busy but at least it is not that overwhelming and I am able to find time for my interesting important things in life.

Since the Tết holiday, I have been busy with teaching, studying, and planning, so there remains little time for other pursuits. To put things in order, I have decided not to jog, read books, or write for a while. Still busy, but less overwhelmed, I am now able to find time for what truly matters to me. "I have decided" is better than "I decided" because you are talking about yourself right now. Past tense is not wrong though. "To put things in order" works better if it is placed closer to the verb it modifies. The infinitives "to jog", "to read", and "to write" work better than the gerunds "jogging", "reading", and "writing" because infinitives are more decisive than participles. Since you are expressing firmness, infinitives work better.

Great work! I have made some suggestions to improve contextual clarity: Since the Tết holiday, I have been busy with teaching, studying, and planning so I have had little time left for other things. - In this context it makes the most sense to use ‘since’ as you have been busy beginning after the holiday and continuing to the present. ‘After’ suggests that it is a singular/finished occurrence. - I have added an optional comma between ‘studying’ and ‘and’. This is called an Oxford comma and is used to separate the second-last item and final item. It is not always used by native writers but does improve clarity. If you don’t use an Oxford comma, people sometimes think that the last two items on the list are one item combined. - I have added a comma before ‘so’ because it means ‘therefore’ in this context. - I would personally say that ‘I have had little time left for other things’ because the experience started in the past and continues now. What you said is not wrong but this is more accurate in this context. I decided to stop jogging, reading books and writing for some time to get everything in order. - What you wrote is not wrong but a more natural way of saying it would be ‘to get everything in order’. - Another way of saying this that would be ‘to get all of my ducks in a row’. It is an idiomatic phrase that means to have everything organised. Now I am still busy but at least I am not overwhelmed and I am able to find time for interesting and important things in life. - You are not wrong but this is a more natural way of expressing oneself. - Interesting and important should be separated either with a comma ‘interesting, important things’ or as ‘interesting and important things’ I hope this helps!
