was about volunteering so I have a hard time understanding what they didn't
like.
I am left without clue.

I do not know which community guidelines I have violated and got a 7-day ban. It was about volunteering so I have a hard time understanding what they didn't like. I am left without a clue.
The same thing has happened to me a few times. The system is automated and sometimes it flags words or symbols as violations. I suggest writing to italki Support and asking them what was wrong. If it was a mistake, they can help you. They can at least explain why the system may have flagged your writing.

I agree with Abby - the system is automated and makes mistakes. If you send an email to support they usually fix it pretty quickly.
