L..
This is so typical, l am always the last one to know everything. I was wondering does TYPICAL in this sentence mean normal or unexpected? Could you tell me another expression to instead the sentence “this is so typical” Thanks in advance.

This is so predictable... This is so expected... This is as predicted... This is as expected...

The word, "typical" is being used to describe something normal in that sentence. It's being used informally to convey that, "being the last one to know everything" is an occurrence associated with the speaker. One could say, "this is to be expected".
