My answer to this question depends on the environment around me. If I have a goal to achieve, there are definitely a lot of changes waiting for me. In that case, the only thing that I need to do is not to complain anything but to overcome all the hardships. Changes can improve my abilities and make me stronger. There are usually many stages during the process. In each stage, even when I am in a rut, I shouldn't stop, but just keep going! Making a little effort every day until I see a big improvement. On the other hand, if there are always sudden changes in my life that bring me some negative effects, I think it's time for me to pause and say to myself that I am not strong enough to control my life. I need to learn and practice something to improve myself. So, it's really important to have something to look forward to in our daily lives. Just like a flag in a war, we see it and try our best to get near to it. No matter how many changes or challenges we will face, we can smile at them without timidity!
