I have my goal. It's important to improve my physical.so I sleep early and wake up early. When it's morning, I exercise. when it’s evening, I took a walk. I have protein and supplements and cook healthy foods. But I still improve it. I don’t still hand over the application form. I lie on the bed at 21:50. I just pray.
