What sports did I do today to improve my health?
Sports plays a pivotal role in our life to improve our health. I played badminton to improve my health. I did not know how to play the game, but i researched it on the internet and I found out the rules of the game. The rules are as follows:
1. There are two players in the game .
2. One player hits the birdie (shuttlecock) to the other player.
3. If the other player misses the birdie then first player gets the point.
4. There are 11 points in one set and there are a total of 3 sets in the game. Whoever wins two sets out of three will be declared the winner.
