What sports did I do today to improve my health?
Sports plays a pivotal role in our life to improve our health. I played Badminton to improve my health. I did not know how to play the game but i researched on the website and i found out the rules of the game. The rules are as follows;
1. There are two players in the game .
2. One player hit the bird and try to throw to the other player.
3. If the other player miss the bird then first player will get the point.
4. 11 points are counted in one set and there will be total 3 sets in the game and who won two set out of three then he will be declared as winner.
