I have a lot of hobbies, such as doing exercise, reading books, playing ukulele, cooking Chinese food and so on. And the hobby that I like the most is cooking. I especially enjoy the progress of cooking more than the result. With euphoric emotions, I feel better and calmer. If you ask me what is my specialty, it’s definitely Dapanji, a big plate chicken, which is a kind of famous Xinjiang dishes. There are many steps to make Dapanji. Firstly, we should pour the chicken into the cold water and heat the water up to blanch it. Secondly, we can scramble the chicken with some spicy flavor and ingredient. I even like to put lots of onions and green peppers. Thirdly, there’s the last step. We should pour some water into the pan, then let the chicken boiled in water and thicken with starch. Now, you maybe find the truth that i am a total foodie.
