I kept this mug as it reminds me of my ex manager. I admire her so much. She was so kind and giving - in terms of work and soft skills I learnt so much from her. I like her persistence and decisiveness, as well as how she deals with people according to their mind set. I really miss her and hope to work together again.

She sounds amazing. I think having one great manager can influence your whole professional career / life!
