Hi, my name is Daria. I am 33 and I’ve been learning English since School (‘London is the capital of Great Britain’). During my learning experience I met a lot of challenges. The most difficult skills for me are speaking and listening. I worked hard to improve my confidence in these areas. I understood that I need a regular practice to support my English. Lessons with a native teacher are very helpful. Sometimes I forget simple words and I feel so stupid thinking I don’t know English at all. But sometimes I speak fluently and enjoy a conversation. Sometimes it’s easier, sometimes it’s hard. We have to keep in mind constantly it’s achievable and you are closer to your goal with every little step!

Privet Дарья. Well done. "During" - you are counting time, so we need to use the perfect tense - "I have met". Practice is not countable, so no article "a". Mistakes are not bad and we certainly aren't "stupid" for forgetting things. It IS difficult, but remember you are doing well by speaking two languages. Keep practicing!
