I think a regular exercise is essential for people to maintain good levels in mental and
physical fitness. I am a sport lover. Table tennis was the first sport i played
when i was eight, i found it captivating when i watched people play in the
community center nearby my apartment. I saw the ball bounce back and forth quickly
across the table, and players were so committed to win, their passion was so
inspiring and influencial to children around them. Back then, we the young
boys always dreamt of playing like them in the future. There is one strength
the sport lover has which is especially outstanding: postive thinking, which helps our
