Very good. I have a few thoughts to share:
* You said, "the global warming", whereas we would not use the article "the"-- just "Global Warming" as a proper noun.
* Your pronunciation of "energy" is certainly clear enough to understand, but you could improve your pronunciation of the "g". It's not "jzh" like you said. I'm not even sure we have that sound in US English. It's a crisp "g" like "Germany". (Note that it's not the "g" as in "ground".)
* I think you said, "protect environment". In that case, you should have said, "protect the environment".
* Check again your pronunciation of "instead". You aren't getting the vowel "ae" quite right.
* "weather". Work on how you pronounce the "th" there.
