Today, I would like to share things related to health. What are you doing for your health? In my case, I make it a habit to walk a lot. I set my goal to walk more than 10000 steps almost every day and I try to use stairs instead of escalators as much as possible. Actually, I like walking, so it’s not hard for me. If you don’t like walking, I recommend you might be better to make a reward after walking a lot. Next, I try not to eat too much fried food. When I was in junior high school, I was not interested in health at all, so I usually went to eat fast food with my family. Because of that, I got a lot of acne on my forehead and my skin got rough. And also, I go for a run with my dog. It runs fast like a rabbit, so I’m always pulled by the dog. It’s very tiring, but I can refresh, and it’s more fun than running alone. I think exercise and diet are important to maintain our health, but if you become too stoic, you will be stressed. After all, you may give up on the way and it won’t last long. There is no way you can be healthy in a day, so I think it’s important to find own way to exercise happily and continue.
