Do you think the number of these people will increase in the future? 【My Opninion】 Yes, I agree with the statement that some young people do not want to start working for large companies in the future. I have two reasons. First, large companies have a lot of transfers. their employees have to work another region about every three between five years. It would be a problem for them to work at large companies. secondly, working for large companies is very stressful. For example, they must join a lot of meeting, also drinking party with their client. Young people do not want to it. For the reasons that I mentioned number of young people do not hope to work in the future.

I have two reasons. First, large companies often transfer their employees about every three to five years. For some this would be a problem. Secondly, working for a large organisation can be very stressful. There are many meetings internally and with clients. The younger generation is not happy at the thought of doing this. Therefore, in my opinion, new members of the workforce would rather work in smaller establishments where there is less stress and less chance of being transferred elsewhere.
