If you mean to express how you feel right now, you should say "I've had enough", not "I had enough". Other ways to say this are
"I'm fed up"
"I've reached my limit"
"That's all, I can take no more"
Notice that all of these are present tense (I am, I have, I can). Present perfect is a present tense, not a past tense.
If, on the other hand, you want to express how you felt yesterday, say "yesterday, I had enough" or "yesterday I reached my limit" or "yesterday I could take no more".
