"Now that I have registered, is it possible to find a teacher to give me free lessons?"  - this would be the correct way to ask this question!  If you read the information on the site, you will see that it is registration that is free, together with the facility to do language exchanges.  It is possible to do an exchange with someone who wants to learn your language, in which you spend half your time teaching your language in return for which they will spend the other half of the time teaching you a language.  Firstly, you will need to spend some time finding a suitable partner, for the exchange.

So, though you won't be spending any money on a language exchange, you will certainly need to invest some time!

Also, of course you can practise your written English and have the possibility of people correcting this for you...

No one works for free

I would say online lessons for free, are not available here. You might meet someone who wants to do a language exchange but you will be very lucky if the other person is serious about it and agrees with your "commitment".
