NO there is no magic, you just have to do the work.
Some courses and methods might be faster than others, but still you got to do the work. No Shortcuts!!!
Sure! get any native of the language you wanna speak, kill him/her, get the brain and replace yours.
Does it help?
Yes No
The short answer is no. You'll never learn a language overnight if that's what you're hoping for, sorry to say. But! You can make the process move along by constant practice.
Honestly, I find the quickest way to learn a new language is to drop your native language. Not forever, of course. You'll still need to communicate with others who speak your language.
You should surround yourself with people who will be speaking the language you want to learn and make sure what you read and write is in that language. Surround yourself with the language until you are happy with your fluency.
Make your learning process similar to that of a child's. Stop trying to translate things into your language and think only in the language you are trying to learn. A baby doesn't try to translate things. They aren't born knowing any language, and their minds are open and ready to be shaped. If you let go of the language you already know, (again, not forever) it should be easier to gain another language.
Sadly, there is no technology and no magic that can make us instantly know languages. However, there is magic in motivation!
Best of luck (:
