P.S. I disagree with Andrey who said that "all Esperanto speaker speak with his native accent". There really is a standard international accent, and this is what all speakers should aspire to. You want a teacher with a good, international accent.
Hello. Esperanto is synthetic language and there are no native speakers. And every Esperanto speaker speak with his native accent and all understand each other. So, it's enougth to learn Esperanto by books. Also I can advise you site lernu.net

esperanto is an artifical language and therefore there are not nativspeakers because there is not nation. But I heve started to learn esperanto
and have to confess it is language perfect and easy to learn. I had to end with learning esperanto because at this time i learned italien as well end italien is so similar but at the same time confusing too .Much of words have the same meanings but pronuntiation and scriving are a litle different You have to find some grups of people lerning esperanto end this is easy to find with help of websides.
