My application took about 1 week to process (weekends excluded). I had something missing from my video so I received an email saying it was declined, that I needed to add the missing info and resubmit. Once I did, it took a few days for the approval. The application remained open during that process though, so the fact that yours has simply vanished, perhaps there was some sort of technical glitch. My recommendation would be to reapply, you have nothing to lose. As Phil says, you can also contact support - they are fantastic; the response time is second to none and they are very helpful - I've never been so impressed with a support service before! Last I checked, the estimated time to receive approval was up to 10 days. If that means working days, I suppose that would up to two weeks. You may want to contact [email protected] (although I wouldn't necessarily expect a reply until Monday. 祝你好运.

@Guyomar, thank you for sharing your experience. It took me hours to find some contact that I could talk to. Finally I found it on the support page, I have sent a request. Also, Phil told me [email protected] is the address to write to(I've been looking everywhere for an email address, and this address is not on the website!). I have just sent an email to that, too.
