How to say "I work at IT" in Japanese?
How to say "I work at IT" in Japanese?

I work at an IT company that makes software for backup. The company makes programs that send the data to the cloud (like Google drive, Amazon, etc.). These programs can help you save your information, and if your computer crashes, you will have your data safe. I'm describing it because I don't know how to say just "IT Company" so that it doesn't sound like we sell computers. :) I don't want it to sound like I'm a developer either, because I don't make those programs, I just work at support, I talk to clients. So, I really just want to say "I work at IT" or "at IT company" but with the right meaning. :) Can you help me find a work for a company that makes software?

Can you help me translate these too?
"My position is a technical support engineer. I help customers if some errors appear in the program or if the program doesn't work properly.
I don't have a technical education but I am learning at work with help of my colleagues."
