"For example, clear eyes and nice complexion tell that their health condition is good and can conduct their jobs nicely, as a result they will succeed in works in the future. We can recognize those nervous or even hysterical people by their appearance, too. I mean that."
I really don't see the connection between clear eyes, nice complexion and success at work. Yes, you can have guesses about someone else's health but being healthy doesn't mean that one is also intelligent and hard working. Healthy looking people are physically attractive and attractive people often can be successful in their careers because of their attractiveness. We're drawn to healthy and attractive people, because they seem to be desirable mating partners: https://www.psychologytoday.com/intl/blog/games-primates-play/201203/the-truth-about-why-beautiful-people-are-more-successful. I don't like the word "hysterical" because of the way it was used in history: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hysteria. Also, even if someone has some kind of physical or mental disorder, they can still be very good at their jobs.
But of course, if people in Asia think that attractiveness leads to good jobs, it's understandable why plastic surgergy is so popular there.
"For example, if we have a bad facial impression, we can change it into a good impression through practice of smile brightly."
I think in Asia smiling has a different connotation. Google "telling women to smile". You might find the articles on Western websites surprising.
