The hair can’t be style easily, it has white highlights with the blonde and brown roots that i don’t like. The I don’t like is referring to the white highlights or the blonde and brown roots ? I’m confused cause I can understand it in both way. Can someone explain this to me ?

if you say “it has white highlights with blonde and brown roots that i don’t like”, you would be referring that you don’t like the blonde and brown roots. if you don’t like any of it, you can say “i don’t like the white highlights with the blonde and brown roots.”
