Some people believed that talent is given when a child comes to this world, especially for sports and music, and talent is very important to people especially for sports man and musician. People should choose their careers by their born talent. The idea of some people carrying special ability when they are born makes sense. For example, many sport super stars do have a different body to normal people. The Chinese famous basket-ball player Yao Ming was born tall, that means he has longer arms comparing with other rivals in the game. In many sports, we can see a lot of black people, they are really good at running, basket-ball games, and their flexibility, strength and speed are better than other people. So when people want to make an achievement in sports, they really need to check if they have a born gift from their parents first. On the other hand , many people believed that any child can be taught to become a good sports man or musician. I don't agree with it. Because a successful sports man or musician really need something different to other people, that will make them being better than others in the game or on the stage. If you want to play basket-ball well, like to be a NBA player, you should really have a long body at least. If you want to play violin well, you need sensitive hearing with long and flexible fingers. So, when people want to be successful in sports and music, they really need a talent. But a born gift do not means a successful future for a talent people. The idea of carrying some kind of talent always make people arrogant. Being a tall man doesn't means you can play basket-ball as good as a NBA star. The way to success is through both talent and hard working.
