Is money a person earns the most important aspect of a job ? To start with, there are significant numbers of jobs that people have. And it is tricky question how to choose a job that will fully satisfy you. There are a lot of factors that people should take into account, choosing a job. Nowadays many people have shared a belief that the most important aspect of a job is the money they earn. I agree that it is really important, but I do not think that the most. It is common knowledge, that people in our world can’t do anything without money. Money is motive power of life. With a lot of money, people can live a better life. But, to tell the truth, today the role of money is overestimate. Some people, trying to get more money, can just forget about more important things. And then, when they understand that they earn enough or even some extra money, they start feeling alone and depressed. Frankly speaking, all people are different, thus the most important factor in choosing a job depends on person, who find a job. For example, for someone the most important aspect can be a location of the job or co-workers or even hours to work. As for me, instead of money, interest is the most important aspect. In our society most people spend nearly a third of their life at work. When you consider that another third of your life is spent sleeping, you begin to realize that's a significant chunk of your conscious life either at work, or on your way to or from work. With this in mind, it's pretty clear that the most important aspect of your job is that you can, at worst, tolerate it, and at best, enjoy your time there. You will likely end up "living" more of your life on the job than "living" the life your job is supposed to support. It's not fair, but it is reality. For above, money should be taken into consideration when we find a job, but it is not the most important. Do not forget about all chasing a profit, and then you can find really suitable job. Only a person, who is doing a job that he is really interested in will be able to be successful in his life.

In my opinion this is a very complex topic, and every one can choose to focus on one aspect rather that other, as you i believe the most important thing is find a job that satisfy you , rather than earn so much money, because i do agree on your ideas, but not only, i think for young people at first experience, the most important thing is find a challenging environment and acquire exceperience and knowledge, to be ready and be also more competitive for their future, also it s important to enjoy the job, and find good job colleagues , to have good relationship, it s also true that crisis make all more difficult and sometimes people find such a compromise that is not what they dream....i think also life is a compromise, because the job satisfaction sometimes requires to disregard life outside job...
