Email to Confirm Reservation
Hi (Dear __________,)
(Usually in emails or letters we start off with "Dear (name of person)" and if we do not know the name of the person, then we just write "Dear to whom it may concern")
This is Ahyoung Kim from South Korea.
I am planning on going visiting to New York this August.
I reserved your hotel room on Priceline web site in April. (This past April, I made a reservation for a hotel room at ______(name of hotel) _________ on Priceline)
The room reservation confirmation number is ####### though, but I cannot check my reservation status on your web site.
I guess that it is because the reservation was made on Priceline.
So I would like to check my reservation and make sure that everything is okay.
Please see the attached file for further information and also, please let me know if the reservation is confirmed.
Additionally, I want would like my hotel room to be a non-smoking room.
Could you please let me know if it is that would be possible?
I’m I am looking forward to your answer hearing back from you and hopefully visiting your hotel.
(It is best to not use contactions such as "I'm" or "won't" in emails or letters, unless they are to friends. This is because the other person might think that it is not very professional)
Best regards,
Ahyoung Kim

Hi! This is really good I made a few minor changes just to make it flow better for example if sentences are continously starting with the same word it sounds really choppy. This is a very tricky to get use to it I still have to correct it on occasion and I'm a native speaker! I hope you enjoy your trip!
