You were very disappointed with the restaurant. Read the Grupin advertisement for the special deal and the notes you have made. First of all, pizzas did not taste like home-made but rather frost processed food baked in the oven and worst of all they were utterly undercooked, some frost could be seen on its surface even. Secondly, the service was not friendly at all. The waitress was very rude and sometimes impolite. Our order took forty-five minutes to come and when it did pizza was already cold. Of course we complained to her about that but she simply ignored us by attending to a phone call. Concerning the terrace, when I came out so as to smoke a cigarette I noticed it was not actually big but rather pretty undersized and overcrowded. Thirdly, your advertisement said that we could order any small pizza from the set menu, but nothing was further from the truth: there were only three sorts of pizza from a set menu of ten so our choice was a little bit limited. As you can see, we had some serious problems and consequently I would like you to refund if possible at least the fifty percent of the money I paid for it. I believe it is right.
