The academic writing: In today's job market @-@. Thanks for reading my writing. I'm studying myself for the exam so I need your help to improve my writing. I appreciate your help and I'm Vietnamese. If you travel or plan on travelling in my country, I just want to invite you for a cup of coffee as a BIG thank. In today's job market it is far more important to have practical skills than theoretical knowledge. In the future, job applicants may not need any formal qualifications. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays there is a strong competition between candidates who have just graduated to land a job in the job market. As the result, practical skills are considered more important than academic qualifications. People suppose that job candidates may not need any formal qualifications in the future due to this trend. In my opinion, I believe both qualifications and skills are significant for people to start to work. It cannot be denied that the business market are hungry for skilled employees for practical skills play an important role in the success of business. People can bring the contracts and benefits to companies if they're good at practical skills. Besides, there are students who study in a academic environment and lack skills that are necessary for their work in the future. With these students, companies have to train them with practical skills so that they can work efficiently but this process will take them a lot of time and money. Therefore, in stead of hiring in experienced employees, they will recruit people with high skills to shorten the time of training and this is understandable. For example, in the information technology industry, brands want to hire people with skills of coding and programming for projects more than ones who just have formal qualifications. However, in my point of view, we should not underestimate the importance of qualifications for they measure our understanding about a particular major we are involved in. Having a qualification means we have a foundation and ability to move forward in our career. Theory can be a contribution to help us improve in some professions such as: the medicine industry, the law, etc. In practice, we can make mistakes without mastering theory for we can't find out what problems are. It can be seen clearly that theoretical knowledge is also the vital part in doing actions. In short, I value both qualifications and practical skills in doing a successful job. They make up together for the benefits for job seekers.
