Advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones

Using mobile phones has developed incredibly in the past several decades. Cell phones have now become an integral part of human and corporate life. One of the highly controversial issues nowadays relates to whether the benefits and drawbacks of having a mobile phone.
On the one side of the argument there are people who argue that the advantages of using mobile phone considerably outweigh its disadvantages. On the other hand, it is also possible to make the opposing case. It is often argued that in fact for employees, cell phones can make it difficult to leave work at the office. According to recent research, the constant ringing, vibrating alerts, and reminders can increase stress level of a mobile phone users.
From my point of perspective view (or you can say "from my perspective"), both arguments have their merits. On balance, however, I tend to believe that using of mobile phones is more beneficial for the overwhelming majority of people.
