Haha, I rather like the ending. I think you are getting better in your writing. The mistakes are common, but all of your sentences now make sense and are generally in a good order.

I'm not sure what is meant by "string ability process".] is an American trademark. The string cheese is made of mozzarella . Mozzarella originates [Not sure what you mean by "roats", so this is another guess.] in Italy from a long time ago. It's a mixture of milk, culture, and rennet. After a long and thorough process where the cheese curds are melted. [You could say heated to melt, but it's redundant in this case.] When the curds are melted, the mozzarella is then stretched and rolled into a ball. At this point the mozzarella has a peelable quality to it. This particular quality is the reason that string cheese is made with mozzarella. [It might be more suitable to say "is made from", particularly if the majority of string cheese consists of mozzarella.] Those sticks made from other cheeses are not string cheese! [This sentence sounds a little off to me, but it's grammatically correct.] Remember that. Use your finger to peel your string cheese. Don't try to eat it without doing this first or people around you will laugh at you!

    - "in the world..." this is not technically wrong, but a better way to say this would "there are many" and to move the "in the world" to the end. 
    - i'm not too sure i understand what you mean by string ability process but i gave a copy of suggestions that might fit.

Mozzarella roats [was developed] in Italy [a] long time ago, [and] it is a mixture of milk, culture and rennet.
    - i'm not sure which word you are referring to with "roats".

After It is a very long and particulary [specific] process, where the cheese curds are heated to melted.When the curds are melted mozzarella is, stretched and rolled into a ball.
    - these two sentences can be combined into one: "..., where the cheese curds are melted, stretched and rolled into a ball." are the curds melted into mozzarella?

At this point mozzarella has a peel-able quality to it. This particulary [particular] quality (peel-able) is the reason because [why] the string cheese are [is] made with mozzarella.
    - be careful with the words "particularly" and "particular"! these have very different meanings. "particularly" means "especially" (ex: this cheese is particularly peelable!) whereas "particular" means "specific" or when used to describe someone "not easily satisfied".

Those Cheese sticks made with other cheeses are not string cheese! Remember that....[:] use your finger to peel your [the] string cheese... Don't try to eat [it] without this operation [any other way] or people around you will laugh at you....!
    - "without this operation" isn't grammatically incorrect, but doesn't fit this situation. (ex: She has cancer and will die without this operation.) 
    - a main clause must come after the word "that", so it would be better to use a colon (:) instead. 

let me know if anything needs explanation! thank you for your explanation for the process of making string cheese, i never knew the type of cheese used was important! you are definitely correct that string cheeses must be pulled apart to be eaten correctly. can't trust anyone who just bites into it...

At this point,  mozzarella is easy to peel. This particular quality (peel-ability) is the reason the string cheese is made with mozzarella. Those sticks made with other cheeses are not string cheese! Remember that....use your finger to peel your string cheese...Don't try to eat without this manoeuvre or people around you will laugh at you....!
