I wake up in the morning at 6:30 a.m. I start my day by walking the dog. I eat breakfast first, then I take a shower. I play video games for maybe 1 or 2 hours, and I eat lunch around 12 p.m. Then I go to work for 5 hours on average. Back home, I walk my dog again. I usually do this twice daily. I eat dinner around 7 p.m. then play video games until 11p.m. when I go to bed. This is typical of my average day. good work Kazu :-)

日本語で「私」、「俺」、「僕」とか言わなくてもいいけど、英語で大体言わなきゃいけないんですね。2 timesは正しくない訳じゃないけど、twiceの方が自然的に聞こえます。6:30 a.m.はもう午前だから、morningって言わなくてもいいです

A simple rule for using numbers in writing is that small numbers ranging from one to ten (or one to nine, depending on the style guide) should generally be spelled out. Larger numbers (i.e., above ten) are written as numerals. I'd add that you walk your dog because you make decisions where to go(You are in charge as his owner), and it's a more common expression.
