#33 What is your blood type? Japanese people love talking about Blood types. As you know we have four types of blood types such as A, B, O, and AB. Have you ever wondered why O, not C? There is a funny story. Blood types were originally A, B, and C. Later on, a professor found AB. Definition of C type is not to have an antigenic substance of A and B which means 0(zero), but somehow this 0(zero) became O. Isn't it an interesting story? My blood type is ZERO by the way.😎

Fun fact! In Turkey, blood type O is called zero. I was surprised when I first heard that in many languages it was called blood type O. Also, there actually is another blood type, which is very rare, called the ‘Bombay phenotype’. I wonder how Japanese people would interpret that one 🙂

It's curious, in Italy blood types are not a topic of conversation 😂 But I heard that also in Korea it's pretty common to ask people for their blood types! Mine is A 😄

I don't believe in blood type personality or fortune-telling, but I'd love to know for fun đŸ˜č, and it's very uncommon for people to ask what's your blood type here. I only know my blood type when I had to do the medical checkup before university. I'm a B blood type, by the way
